Proctor Pest Control has been protecting Dallas homes and businesses from pests since 1992. We’ve created our general pest control treatment plans to target on pests common to the Dallas area, such as ants, crickets, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, beetles, American roaches, and pill bugs.

How often will you treat my home or business?

Our maintenance and service plans range from quarterly to semi-annual. We also offer one-time service treatments. After an initial service appointment is complete, our techs will recommend the appropriate treatment plan for your current pest control needs.

I don't think I have a pest problem. Should I consider a maintenance pest control plan?

  When I was first looking for a pest control company 5 years ago I called 4 different ones and Proctor Pest Control was the only one to call me back! Bryan was out that week and we have been loyal customers of Proctor Pest Control ever since!

They have taken care of our bugs for about 5 years, 3 years in Dallas and when we moved to Aubrey/Little Elm 2 years ago we brought them with us!

So many amazing things about this family owned business - no contracts, super affordable rates, they ask questions and actively listen to our concerns, the pride they take in their work is evident! They are continually learning and using the best, safest, and most effective treatments. I don't know how they do it, but when they give a time window for arrival, Jared and Bryan are both always early! They value their customers time which is refreshing! I could go on and on.

  We have used Proctor Pest Control for close to ten years. They are absolutely second to none!  I love them because their customer service is outstanding, they stay up on the latest technology related to pest control, are extremely conscientious about treating in a way that is environmentally responsible, and are just great people.

They are a small, family-owned business, local to the Dallas area. I know all of them by name and they know us.

We’ve recently had trouble with tiny ants invading our home. I texted and immediately heard back. Jared was here within 30 minutes! He spent over an hour, identified and treated six ant colonies, our pool and deck.

They don’t require a contract and are of the highest ethical standards.

I’d  trust any of their technicians in our home because they are trustworthy, honest and committed to excellence.  Their prices are far better than the franchise guys for much better service.

Over the years, they’ve treated every manner of critter from palmetto bugs (the nice name for roaches), carpenter ants, fire ants, bed bugs (thanks to a Girl Scout camp out), and a family of raccoons nesting in our attic.

There truly is no better than Proctor Pest Control. Thank you Jared, Brian and Diana for so faithfully serving us all these years!

  Jared is amazing!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He arrived early and spent  time patiently answering my questions before he started.  He was very thorough and even asked where I wanted him to start first. Very pest knowledgeable. I learned alot (and I hate bugs). I am a repeat customer and have used Proctor Pest Control before and highly recommend. Ask for Jared...he's friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
